Product Information VW AppConnect
This offer includes permanent activation of VW AppConnect for the use of Apple Carplay, Android Auto and Mirrolink.
Remote activation: For remote activation you only need an SD card and a PC/laptop, the rest is done via digital file transfer.
Voice control: Activating voice control makes it possible, in addition to regular voice control, to activate “Siri” or “Hey Google” directly via the steering wheel button. Please always share your SW Train version:
This is how you find your software train:
Hold the menu button on the device for a long time ("Service mode is started") > Select software update / versions > Take a photo of the SW Train and send it to us.

The MMI is connected between the display and MIB System and allows you to switch between CarPlay and the original radio within a few seconds. The connection is completely wireless and takes place via Bluetooth and WiFi.
